The details of the Zoom meeting will be distributed by Brother Secretary.

Here are some guideline provided by R.W. Bro. Carriero, DDGM Toronto East District

Dress:  Brethren should be respectful in their attire, but casual is fine. 

Regalia:  No regalia is to be worn.

Donations to DDGM Charity:  The WM or his designate should announce the donation and amount.  The Lodge should cut a cheque and forward it to the District Secretary whenever the signing officers can meet.

Name Reminder:  Please remember to add your Lodge Name after your name so we can properly count members for the Virtual Traveling GavelThe District Deputy Grand Master
